Refunds and Exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
Please contact us at annbristow52@gmail.com before returning any item. Please state the reason for returning the item.
Damages
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us should there be any damage to your order. We will endeavor to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Custom-made pieces are also excluded from refunds unless they are faulty.
Exchanges and refunds
Please contact us to request an exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds will only be made once the original item has been returned to Dragonfly Jewellery at the address given.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return. We will let you know if the refund has been granted or not. If granted, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
